To address these challenges, Qinghua Peng led EKAA’s R&D team in developing a fully sealed precision heat-exchange system for IP67 outdoor displays. Moving away from conventional fan-based cooling, the system maintains dustproof and waterproof protection while achieving efficient heat dissipation. This solves the long-standing conflict between sealing and thermal management in high-brightness LCD equipment.
The breakthrough has improved stability in extreme environments and helped EKAA enter high-standard markets in Europe and North America.

Qinghua Peng believes future outdoor digital signage should not only display advertising content, but also serve as a reliable visual terminal for smart cities, retail, transportation, and public information systems.
