Systems integrator AVEX has acquired Yielder Audiovisual and all its activities from IT and communication service provider Yielder as of May 21, 2026.
This move allows each party to focus more
on core activities, and creates room for further
specialisation and growth within their respective fields.
With this
acquisition AVEX strengthens its position in the Dutch market,
particularly in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
The expansion with the knowledge and experience of Yielder
Audiovisual is fully in line with the strategy of
AVEX, which operates from a strong local presence
in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the UK.
