Hewshott has undergone a global transition, with its UK managing director, Daniel Lee, acquiring Hewshott and becoming the new group CEO.
Under Lee’s leadership, Hewshott aims to continue its 24 year
legacy of independence and conduct, with founder and outgoing group CEO, Peter
Hunt, continuing as managing director of Hewshott Australia while maintaining his
industry association roles.
The leadership transition was planned to encourage stability and
continuity, with Lee planning to evolve and amplify the company’s global
capacity while maintaining the company’s core principles.
Hunt commented: “I've never wanted
the company to be wholly dependent on me.
“Dan has very
strong people skills and clarity of thought, making him a natural to
take the business from where it is now to the next level.”
