As part of the international realignment of its parent company DCC Technology, which will operate under the name Nexora in the future, the business unit previously known as Exertis AV is returning to its former name COMM-TEC.
With this rebranding, the company is deliberately reconnecting
with its roots and strengthening its position as a
specialised value-added partner for professional AV and ProAV products
in the DACH region as well as in Central
and Eastern Europe.
For partners and customers, operational
collaboration will continue as usual: contacts, structures, contracts, and
all business and administrative processes will proceed smoothly.
The
legal entity also remains unchanged, with the company continuing
to operate as COMM-TEC, including bank accounts and tax numbers.
