The School of Film and Media Studies at Ritsumeikan University in Japan has created six high-spec rooms with immersive audio powered by Genelec.
Its new facilities make extensive use of
Genelec’s The Ones coaxial monitors to provide students
with a professional-grade sound environment that supports Dolby
Atmos and allows them to explore sound design,
game development and visual storytelling.

Calibration was key to ensuring consistent sound
across all spaces with Genelec’s GLM calibration software
used to handle continually changing conditions in each room.
