3D perception, a provider of simulation visual display systems and technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire Univisual Technologies Nordic.
The acquisition brings Univisual’s Warpalizer technology and its engineering team under
the 3D perception umbrella.
Univisual Technologies Nordic, based in Sweden, is the developer
of Warpalizer, a software for real-time warping and edge-blending of multi-channel projections.

As part of this transition, Warpalizer Norway will continue as a
distributor for the Warpalizer product, ensuring continuity and support for existing Warpalizer customers.
