Baldwin Boxall will demo Vigil Eclipse4 at ISE

Baldwin Boxall will demonstrate its Vigil Eclipse4 standalone voice alarm/public address system when it exhibits at ISE with its Dutch distributor, TAU Audio.

The manufacturer will also show Vigil3 transformerless amplifiers, Vigil3 charger module and its touchscreen microphone on stand 3-C87.

Vigil Eclipse4 uses Baldwin Boxall’s is a wall mountable system that uses EVAS routing technology and has the ability to include up to four of the company’s new Vigil3 amplifier modules (totalling up to 2,400 Watts). It connects to fire panels via the internal fire alarm interface.

Baldwin Boxall will also exhibit its five Vigil3 voice alarm amplifiers with built in power supplies and floating transformerless outputs. The amplifiers are 66% lighter than Vigil2. 

The amplifiers have a ‘sleep’ facility that operates when the system is on mains power. Each unit has an integral power supply, increased amplifier power and are smaller than predecessors. Charger modules for Vigil3 amplifiers are also smaller and can monitor and charge five amplifiers. 

Baldwin Boxall will also demonstrate its touchscreen control microphone that includes includes NFC smart card or pin code access and can connect a third party music audio feed for broadcast to user selected areas. Other user features include zonal volume adjustment of non-critical broadcasts, ability to record, store and playback messages and configurable buttons. The microphone is compatible with Vigil2 systems.
