Bose will be launching a plethora of loudspeakers, processors and controllers at Stand 7-C200.
Bose will launch their ArenaMatch DeltaQ array loudspeakers and ArenaMatch Utility loudspeakers, optimised for outdoor installations.
ArenaMatch arrays incorporate DeltaQ technology, featuring an IP55 weather rating and DeltaQ array technology, allowing for directivity, or “Q,” to vary in each module to match coverage to audience area.
Nine coverage patterns are available, with modules including 10-, 20- or 40-degree vertical coverage and the ability to swap between 60-, 80- or 100-degree horizontal waveguides.
The ArenaMatch loudspeakers feature a 14-in neodymium woofer and six Bose EMB2S titanium-diaphragm neodymium compression drivers in each module.
Weather-resistant features include a three-layer stainless steel grille, water-resistant woofer cone coating, industrial polyurethane exterior coating and a molded input cover.
All ArenaMatch models have bi-amp capability, a passive crossover, and 70/100V transformer inputs. They also include M12 threaded inserts with internal steel link bars for use with Bose accessory mounting hardware or custom array frames.
The ArenaMatch Utility loudspeakers have the same EMB2S compression driver as ArenaMatch arrays, as well as the same IP55 weather rating.
The Utility loudspeakers have constant-directivity high-frequency horn, which can be rotated for horizontal or vertical installation, with the largest model (AMU208) featuring 70 Hz – 16 kHz frequency response and 126 dB maximum peak SPL, with all models supporting the lowest vocal range. ArenaMatch Utility modules can be mounted with a stainless-steel U-bracket.
Bose will be releasing 12 models of DesignMax loudspeakers in a variety of sizes, ranging from ceiling and surface models and various subwoofer options. In addition, Bose will release five PowerSpace amplifiers, two of which feature onboard DSP, as well as two commercial sound processors, three digital ControlCenter controllers and a new version of Bose’s online business music systems designer software tool.
Bose is also launching three signal processors: the ControlSpace EX-440C, EX-12AEC and EX-1280.
The ControlSpace EX-440C conferencing signal processor, designed for microphone integration and audio processing for small-to-medium standalone meeting rooms.
The ControlSpace EX-440C has four mic/line analog inputs, four analog outputs, onboard VoIP and PSTN, USB, Bose AmpLink output, eight-channel acoustic echo cancelling (AEC), and 16 x 16 Dante connectivity.
The ControlSpace EX-12AEC conference signal processor features an open-architecture design, twelve acoustic echo cancellers (AEC), 16 x 16 Dante connectivity, and flexible signal processing, as well as a variety of control options.
The ControlSpace EX-1280 is an open-architecture single-rack-unit design; with twelve mic/line analog inputs, eight analog outputs, Bose AmpLink out, and 64 x 64 Dante connectivity.
The EX-1280 digital signal processor is designed for performance venues, places of worship, hospitality and resorts.
All three processors are compatible with ControlSpace Designer software, which features drag-and-drop programming and conference-specific software tools.
These new models are also compatible with Bose Professional’s line of Dante endpoints and end-user controllers, including wall-mount and mobile device control using ControlSpace Remote.
Bose will be launching their full range of new products at Stand 7-C200 during ISE 2019.
ISE runs at the Amsterdam RAI, February 5 to 8, 2019.
