Chief has announced its W1 and W2 series of on-wall racks as part of its Raxxess rack series that are designed to attach to any type of wall.
W1 Series Hinged Wall Racks swing out from the wall on either side for easy access to cabling, and the remote rear latch gives users the ability to mount racks side-by-side or in a corner. Heavy-duty welded construction supports up to 136 kg. It includes one 3U top panel for up to 300 CFM of cooling.
W2 Series Fixed Wall Racks are an economical way to get all the features you need in a wall rack. The heavy-duty design of the series is rated to hold up to 68 kg. It includes a reversible solid steel locking front door and rear-mounting plate designed to make hanging the rack easy. A 3U panel in the top allows users to add any standard fan panel.
Both the W1 and W2 Series racks ship with all required hardware to mount to wood studs, steel studs or concrete.
These solutions join the new Raxxess Series product line that includes the E1 Series Enclosed Rack, S1 Series Knock-Down Rack and F1 Series Furniture Rack.
