DirectOut has announced a limited edition version of its EXBOX.RAV AoIP-to-MADI converter to celebrate 10 years of Ravenna partnership, with only 50 anniversary edition units made.
Identifiable by its Ravenna green colour, the anniversary edition of the EXBOX.RAV features four gigabit ports with an internal switch and PoE, as well as three MADI ports in BNC, SC and SFP format respectively for bidirectional conversion and routing of up to 64 audio channels.
Built-in SRC functions and automatic redundancy switching (EARS) are available, with full support for Ravenna and a wide range of configuration options such as NMOS for stream and device discovery/connection management.
