HP introduces Presence conferencing systems

HP has launched its HP Presence range of conferencing and collaboration systems, designed for hybrid work environments with meeting space solutions, PCs and peripherals.

The HP Presence range is available in small, medium and large space kits, consists of: a mini conferencing PC, Presence Control and Presence Control Plus, a 4K AI camera, audio video bar, hub and satellite and microphones.

The HP mini conferencing PC features HP Wolf security for Business and integrated management.

HP Presence Control/Control Plus room controls

HP Presence Control is designed for control for meeting hosts, with AI-enhanced audio by Bang & Olufsen. HP Presence Control is designed for huddle spaces up to medium-sized meeting spaces, with Control Plus designed to accommodate medium to large meeting spaces. Up to three room controls can be connected to provide control to multiple users.

HP Presence See 4K AI camera

The Presence See 4K AI camera features a 4K camera with audio as well as privacy features, turning off automatically when the camera is rotated to the floor.

Speaker tracking is included to allow speakers to move around the room while staying in frame, with three tracking modes available: slow, cinema and fast to accommodate different presentation styles.

HP Presence audio video bar

Designed for large meeting spaces, the audio video bar features audio custom-tuned by Bang & Olufsen, with a privacy shutter that closes and shuts the camera off when not in use.

HP Presence hub/Presence Talk Satellite micrphones

HP Presence Hub can add up to two satellite microphones for additional voice pickup range with a status LED, informing users when mute is on or off.

 When entering a meeting room, HP Meeting Ready automatically activates the room control and switches on the camera, with one button push to launch a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting.

A guest mode is also available to launch meetings with a variety of UC devices.

HP auto volume also adjusts the volume for remote attendee speakers, ensuring speakers are intelligible and can contribute to a discussion.

HP Presence’s Room Assistant also allows users to report room issues or catering requirements to administrators.
