InFocus introduces projector series IN2120x

InFocus is extending its portfolio to include a series of network-enabled projectors. The IN2120x series combines 3D-capable picture quality with sound, high brightness and strong contrasts.

The LightCast key inside the units enables users to control presentations wirelessly from mobile devices.

The three models in the series (IN2124x, IN2126x, IN2128HDx) all offer brightness of up to 4,200 lumens, six-segment colour wheel, BrilliantColor DLP imaging and a contrast ratio of up to 15,000:1.

The series is equipped with integrated 10W loudspeakers which guarantee sound for conference halls and classrooms. The loudspeakers can also be supported by a subtitling function for greater intelligibility.

A remotely-controllable dimmer function, called “eco blanking”, can increase the lamp life to as much as 5,000 hours.

With the optional LightCast key, the projectors permit the wireless display of screen contents from any Android, Windows, Chrome OS or Apple iOS/OSX device.LightCast also comes with an integrated web browser and a whiteboard app.

All three models are 3D-ready and possess an HDMI interface that enables them to process a range of different (3D) signal sources such as PCs, Blu-rays or DVDs. The integrated file viewer can be used to display text, audio, photo, and video files in a wide range of formats. The projectors also have two video inputs (composite video & S-video), two VGA inputs and one serial (RS232) and one network (RJ45) interface.

These also allow either model to be connected at any time to a room control system such as Crestron, AMX and SPcontrols.
