Key Digital has launched its second generation of modular AVoIP systems: the KD-IP922-II and KD-IP1022-II encoders and decoders, offering 4K performance.
Both models include a comprehensive feature set to create scalable AVoIP systems, featuring an HDMI to IP encoder per source to feed the managed switches. An IP decoder is included per destination display to convert the desired source signal back to HDMI, feeding monitors and projectors.
USB 2.0 routing follows AV source/display selection with a maximum of four USB keyboard or mouse devices routed to a single host computer or encoder.
The KD-IP1022-II AVoIP system offers asymmetrical KVM routing, with capability to deploy firmware that offers mosaic videowall management.
Three multi-function ports are available on each decoder and encoder, configurable for bidirectional IR and RS-232 or voltage trigger to be used s Compass Control Pro master controllers for control of and by Compass Alliance partner hardware by IP control systems via KeyCode open API or as a control interface for third-party devices.
