Lightware has launched its Taurus UCX universal switcher, including HDMI 2.0 and USB-C connectivity with multi-layer signal management for transmission of 4K video, audio, control signals and power.
Users can connect devices, use the video conference platform of their choice and access the peripherals of meeting rooms, including USB cameras, audio systems and screens.
The universal switcher can provide 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video signals up to 18Gbps speeds, with audio de-embedding and Ethernet features.
