Looking Glass has unveiled its Looking Glass 27-in light field display, featuring 5K resolution, 16-in of virtual depth and iPad operation.
The Looking Glass 27-in is designed to offer multi-user 3D experiences in research, training or live use cases, with iPad operation delivering an approximate 35% system-level cost reduction over its predecessor.
Between 45 and 100 perspectives can be projected simultaneously within a 53 degrees view cone to allow groups to experience 3D visuals together, with the option to integrate with WebXR and 3D content pipelines for expanded development flexibility.
The display features a thickness of 1-in, with flexible VESA mounting or desk stand options to display the Looking Glass 27-in in portrait or landscape orientations.
