Netgear has unveiled two new models of desktop WiFi 6 access points as part of its business essentials line, launching the WAX202 and WAX206.
Both models use the WiFi 6 standard and support up to three separate wireless sub-networks with dedicated SSID names for security of every connection and user type.
The access points also support WPA3 authentication and encryption for WiFi connection security and support the DHCP NAT server for improved firewall security.
A web-based interface is available for step-by-step instructions for system configuration, with multiple 1Gb Ethernet ports for speedy wired connection to PCs, printers and other wired network devices, freeing up more wireless bandwidth for Wi-Fi only devices.
