Neumann.Berlin adds KH 150 to reference-class studio monitor range

Neumann.Berlin has unveiled its KH 150, the latest addition to the company’s reference-class studio monitors.

The KH 150 is a bi-amplified, DSP-controlled loudspeaker featuring the same tweeter as all existing Neumann studio monitors.

The monitor inluces a new 6.5-in woofer with a flat frequency response from 39 Hz to 21 kHz.

The KH 150 can be calibrated via Neumann’s MA 1 automatic monitor alignment system, as well as using amplifier technology which delivers up to 145 W to the woofer and 100 W to the one-in tweeter, consuming 17 W at idle.

Auto-standby reduces power consumption to 0.3W when the KH 150 has not been in use, a feature which can be deactivated or enabled when needed.

Analogue and digital inputs are available as standard with the KH 150, with an AES67 variant with redundant AES67 audio network ports to follow. The KH 150 AES67 is compatible with Dante-generated AES67 network streams.
