Panasonic has launched a series of projectors with brightness up to 3200 Lumens and wireless connectivity to provide optimal picture quality and allow multi-user presentations.
The company said its five-strong LB80 series included three models with integrated wireless connectivity, two models with brightness outputs greater than 3000 Lumens and one wide-screen model.
“This new small and flexible PT-LB80 installation projector series is an ideal addition to our existing line-up and gives our dealers, technology partners and customers even more flexibility when selecting the fitting model for their installations,†said Eduard Gajdek, European product manager for business projectors at Panasonic Marketing Europe.
The LB80NTE, LW80NTE and LB75NTE models, carry wireless LAN technology, enabling them to connect to a suitable Windows PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.4/10.5). Multiple users in a room can access the projector through an integrated DHCP router embedded into the projector.
For connection with cables, the LB80 series include two D-Sub PC inputs, S-Video and composite video inputs, and a serial port for external control. One of the two PC inputs can be switched to a PC output, for loop-through monitoring.
The range has a 29dB guarantee and an Eco mode allows the PT-LB80 series to be switched to a less power-consuming mode.
