RGB Spectrum launches a videowall processor with remote collaboration capabilities

RGB Spectrum has launched its Zio 4000 videowall processor with capabilities for remote collaboration, available as a stand-alone videowall system or integrated with RGB Spectrum’s AVoIP distribution platform.

The Zio 4000 allows for visualisation and improved situational awareness by displaying multiple video sources onto any size video wall or across multiple walls simultaneously.

The Zio 4000 supports various size models supporting from two to 128 displays, using RGB Spectrum’s open flatform to select streams from non-proprietary sources such as cameras, computers, VTCs and media players.

The processor allows display windows scaled up to the full wall or down to a thumbnail. Support for both baseband video sources (HDMI, DisplayPort, SDI) and AVoIP video sources (H.264) is provided, including third party streaming devices.

A new user interface is also provided, with thumbnail views of available inputs, customised presets and drag and drop control.
