Samsung Electronics has Onyx Cinema LED screen for the European market at CineEurope 2025, designed for cinema experiences with support for frame rates of up to 120Hz at 4K resolution.
The screen delivers HDR visuals with peak brightness levels of 300 nits and is available in four standard screen sizes: five, 10, 40 and 20 metres, with additional scaling options to maximise flexibility.
The Onyx features a 10-year warranty to lower the total cost of ownership, with Samsung working closely with animation studio Pixar to develop DCI DR content that is supported on Onyx screens.
