Yamaha has announced its Dante-enabled ceiling and tabletop microphone models, launching the RM-TT tabletop and RM-CG ceiling-mount microphones.
Designed for conferencing applications built around the Dante platform, these microphones include automatic voice tracking, auto gain control, adaptive echo cancellation, noise reduction and reverberation suppression.
Both models can integrate with a room’s existing conferencing equipment as well as a variety of third-party components.
Additionally, the RM-TT tabletop and RM-CG ceiling-mount microphone array include voice tracking technologies.

The RM-TT tabletop model also includes a voice tracking function which automatically selects the microphone closest to the person speaking for enhance voice capture. In addition, six directional modes are provided: omnidirectional, bidirectional, unidirectional, super-cardioid, hyper-cardioid and toroidal which can be selected for customised room capture.
The RM-CG ceiling mount microphone uses Yamaha’s beam tracking technology, which uses multi beams to automatically track voices within a room simultaneously.
