More than 5,000 music fans attended a rock concert at the Palau Sant Jordi arena after receiving a negative result from a same-day Covid-19 antigen test.
The fans at the concert, headlined
by indie-rock band Love of Lesbian,
were packed in close and required to
wear masks. The concert was backed
by Barcelona’s The Fight AIDS and Infectious
Diseases Foundation, providing the antigen tests
for concert goers which could spark hopes
for bigger events to take place
in Barcelona and beyond in the months ahead.
