Audac has unveiled its education platform, allowing users to follow live webinars on the platform, presented by Audac experts as a way to understand the Audac brand and products on offer.
Attendees can interact via a chat function to ask questions
that will be answered by an Audac representative in the chat.
Audac stated it has not started the digital education platform to
exclusively fight COVID-19, instead viewing the platform as ‘a long-term strategy
to trigger leads and partners’.
Pre-recorded online training videos will
also be available, including entry-level trainings to introduce viewers to products
as well as in-depth training sessions that explain various functionalities.
Users
can test their knowledge after completing the video series by taking
an exam, with those who pass the exam receiving a certificate.
