AV integrator AVI-SPL hopes to tap into a growing market for video services for marketing and communication with the acquisition of broadcast specialist VideoLink.
Boston headquartered VideoLink started in the cable and television industry and
now supplies technologies, including its ReadyCam video studio and EnhancedIP transmission network,
to enterprise.

Richard Silton, president and CEO of VideoLink, has joined AVI-SPL
and continues to lead the VIdeoLink team. He saids that access to
AVI-SPL’s resources and market presence will “rapidly accelerate growth for VideoLink”.
