Audio Visual Machines Ltd (AVM), the UK based integrator of audio visual and video conferencing systems has announced the acquisition of Matrix Display Systems, in an all cash deal.
According to AVM, this now makes them the large audiovisual systems integrator in the UK, with
a turn over of £45m. The company now has 250 employees in the UK, with offices in
London, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham and Scotland. Backed by Octopus Private Equity and HSBC, AVM has pursued an aggressive
growth strategy, with Matrix being the company’s sixth acquisition in the last three years.
