Telford Shopping Centre in the UK upgraded its PAVA system with a Bosch Praesensa IP-based system.
Bosch Building Technologies installed the system at the 25-acre
site. It provides music, announcements and emergency alarms for
retail units, restaurants, hotels and a cinema.

AVS also refurbished all existing loudspeakers across 16 zones at
the Telford Centre.
Security staff at the shopping centre
now control the PA system via a touch screen interface.
Managed via Omeno media networking technology, the software-based system combines
live broadcasts and recordings from various media sources. The
library includes background music, commercials and closing messages on automated schedules.
