Brähler ICS is hoping to "strengthen its competitive position" after acquisition by mpool Beteiligungen GmbH.
Mpool, a German industrial holding with a focus
on small and medium-sized enterprises, aims to increase the
value of the conference technology manufacturer and rental
company.
Daniel Middendorf, general manager of Brähler, said: “mpool’s
holistic commitment will support our efforts to sustain and
considerably strengthen our competitive position.â€
Michael Brähler, previous sole
owner of the company, took the business over
from his father Helmut Brähler at the end of
the 1990s and was its chief executive for thirteen years.
