Lithuanian systems integrator TVC has been acquired by the Broadcast Solutions Group, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.
TVC’s focus areas partially overlap with Broadcast Solutions, strengthening the
presence of the company in the Baltic region and CIS
countries.
TVC Solutions UAB will continue to act as an independent
entity under its existing name
