Brompton Technology pumps up the numbers at Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics Tour
Ed Sheeran kicked off his largest tour ever in Dublin, calling on Colonel Tom Touring to support the production with ROE Visual LED panels powered by Brompton Tessera LED processing.

Colonel Tom Touring (CTT) supplied more than 1,100 square metres of ROE Visual’s
LED panels, installing a variety of displays powered by Brompton processing.

The 360-degree stage
design incorporates a circular ‘halo’ video screen, comprised of 462m2 ROE Vanish V8T outdoor LED
panels. These panels are fixed over a 90m2 revolving LED stage built from ROE
BM5 panels.

The stage is surrounded by six 30-metre-high masts, using 398m2 of ROE
CB5 making up six plectrum-shaped, double-sided IMAG screens dangling from the masts, as well
as an additional 220m2 of ROE CB5 half panels complete with LED loops around the
outside of the masts.

Powering this vast set up, five active and one backup
4K Tessera SX40 LED processors as well as 20 Tessera XD 10G data distribution units.
