AudioForum will offer a day of presentations, training sessions and discussions on February 8, 2016 at ISE.
The theme for the event’s 9th edition is ‘Theories, technologies, legends and (true and
false) myths about audio,’ held in cooperation with AES (Audio Engineering Society). An expert panel including Donato
Masci, acoustic designer and consultant, Guido Diamanti, pro audio designer, will address industry misconceptions and the
current topics of interest in audio.
The event seeks to inform consultants, sound designers, system integrators, installers
and companies about the latest audio technologies, as well as start a dialogue on how the
audio community and the systems integration industry can work together.
Specific topics for discussion will include loudspeakers,
components and systems, FIR and IIR filters, how to read and interpret datasheets and recent updates
to digital transportation protocols.
AudioForum 2016 will take place at RAI Amsterdam from 10.00 to 17.00 in
room G001-002.
