Crestron is bolstering training and support in the Middle East with a new regional office in Dubai.
The facility houses a “Customer Experience Centreâ€, classrooms and support centre.
Vincent Philippo, Crestron MEA
regional director, said the new facility was needed to meet growing demand in the region
with many sizable projects in construction or on the horizon.
Large-scale projects, such as new universities,
are demanding increasing numbers of skilled integration staff and Philippo said Crestron training was in high
demand with sessions filling up about three months prior to being held.
4K training is
also a priority for Crestron as its sees increasing demand for higher resolutions in commercial and
residential projects leading to a need for greater knowledge in distribution systems.
Crestron is also encouraging
its partners to use its new facility to showcase its products to their customers.
The
Business Central Towers will remain Crestron’s MEA base housing sales, marketing, and customer service and support departments.
