Daniel Sennheiser becomes chairman of the board of directors at Sennheiser Group
Daniel Sennheiser will move to the board of directors at Sennheiser Group after 12 years of successful joint leadership as co-CEO.

Dr Andreas Snnheiser will continue to lead the operational business as CEO, with Daniel Sennheiser becoming chairman of
the board of directors as of January 1 2026.

In this new role, Daniel Sennheiser will focus on the strategic
direction of the Sennheiser Group, strengthening key customer relationships and continuing to work with Andreas Sennheiser and the existing
executive management board.
Sennheiser succeeds Andreas Dornbracht, the previous chariman of the board who has served since 2021. Dornbracht
will remain on the board as a member, continuing his work alongside other board members.
Andreas Sennheiser will continue to
lead the company as CEO and, together with the Executive Management Board, manage the operational business. "This new structure
enables us to combine day-to-day business with strategic foresight, which is crucial for the future success of the Sennheiser
Group," adds Co-CEO Andreas Sennheiser.
