disguise has announced that it has participated in AdMiRe, a collaborative research project designed to develop new solutions for MR technology.
The mission of the AdMiRe project is to research, validate and demonstrate new developments for MR pipelines with the goal of enabling a new level of interactivity for TV programmes, to enhance immersion and make more engaging broadcast content.
AdMiRe also aims to develop MR and XR workflows that improve how live-action talent interacting with CG elements on set in a hybrid environment.
disguise focused on protyping new features in its XR workflow to facilitate the creation of in-camera visual effects for better performances from talent interacting with and immersed in virtual environments.
The company will also enable creatives to deliver more engaging content while reducing production and postproduction costs.
