US-based tech provider Diversified has purchased UK-based Digitavia. The deal expands DIversified's global reach from its APAC hub in South Korea into EMEA.
DIversified bought MCW in 2017, and the newly expanded global team
will increase operational efficiency.
Diversified will be adding to its four AV
divisions which will be run by Darren Pitt, Digitavia co-founder and sales
and marketing director.
Daryl Clarke, Digitavia co-founder and MD will report into
Kevin Collins, Diversified's president and COO.
Diversified's founder and CEO, Fred
D'Alessandro said: "In today's global economy, overseas expansion is a necessary step

our companies and bring them into the Diversified family was a natural fit."
