dnp will be showcasing LaserPanel screens to the Asian audience for the first time at InfoComm India 2015. dnp believes the product will fulfil a need for larger display sizes in the market.
Søren Kræmmergaard, VP global sales and marketing at dnp, said: “If the market is clear
about one thing, it’s that big is truly beautiful WHEN it comes to display technology. The
problem is that when you take ordinary flat screens over 80-in in size, there is a
disproportionate price increase.â€
Based on optical screen technology, dnp LaserPanels are able to overcome these restrictions.
Kræmmergaard explained: “Although the display is mounted on the wall in a similar way to
LED flat screens, since it is a short throw solution, users never need to worry about
stepping into the beam while presenting.â€
Customers will be able to choose between the standard model
and the LaserPanel Touch which has a rigid screen, interactive camera and IR pens for interactive
presentation. Both variants come with everything required for set up — including screen, projector and wall mounts.
