His responsibilities will include service sales, managed services, service and maintenance and service administration for users of
AV systems within the corporate, control rooms and leisure markets.

he has shown great dedication and passion for every project he has been involved with. He will now
use his knowledge and inherent leadership skills to continue to develop the service business throughout EMEA. I am

Rob has spent twenty years in the AV industry, initially as an installation and
service technician, then performing the roles of service manager, project engineer and project manager, responsible for delivering projects
and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to joining the AV industry, Rob served in the Royal Air Force as an avionics engineer.
