Exertis has launched its new Poly services proposition in the UK and Ireland, the technical assistance centre, providing customers with a service and support structure to accompany Poly systems.
The maintenance service is delivered by a fully accredited technical assistance centre, where customers can contact
support via telephone, e-mail or secure web portal, with support available for business hours only or 24/7
service.
Exertis will provide an optional advanced hardware replacement service, with replacement available via next business day
delivery.
