Exertis has announced two new support groups, launching a fertility and men’s support groups to improve DEI.
Exertis emphasises its employee resource and support groups, aimed at creating opportunities and platforms for dialogue and education. The groups also work in partnership with People Function to improve policies and processes.
Exertis teams are sharing resources and information this week to support colleagues with mental health and developing career opportunities.
Further to this expansion, Exertis has appointed Jo Lawrence as chief people and inclusion officer. Lawrence commented: "Our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion where everyone can be their true self is unwavering. We are proud of the external recognition we have received and continue to champion a culture of dignity and respect where everyone feels valued, included and celebrated. Partnering with other businesses to share best practice has been invaluable as we continue to explore creative ways to enable all our colleagues to be the best they can be."
