Extron is strengthening its presence on the African continent with a regional sales office in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The facility includes a training room which will host the company’s ‘School
of AV Technologies for System Designers’ on January 23-24, 2013. The facility
also offers meeting spaces, a demo area, and workspace for the company’s support
team.
"Our new office in Johannesburg is another example of our commitment to
expand training and make it easier to reach our customers," says Jérôme
Guéras, vice president of sales, EMEA.
"We wanted to give African customers the
opportunity to participate in training classes in a local facility where they can
learn about the newest technologies and see demonstrations of products and applications.
This gives them a level of support that can only come directly from a manufacturer."
