Extron Electronics announced the promotion of Wilfred de Nijs to director of product marketing, EMEA to oversee product marketing and team training at Extron Europe.
"Wilfred possesses a high level of product expertise and leadership
skills that will help him excel as the new director of product
marketing," said Rainer Stiehl, vice president of marketing, EMEA.
"Wilfred will
ensure that the Extron product line is adapted to fit the
needs of the European A/V market."
De Nijs, who will be based
out of the Netherlands office, joined Extron as a manager of
product marketing a year ago, bringing with him seven years of
experience in the audiovisual industry. In his previous role de Nijs was
responsible for planning and implementing marketing plans for new and existing Extron products.
