The Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People’s Republic features an Extron audio system that brings powerful but discreet audio for remembrance.
The museum honours World War II veterans who were tortured and killed by the communist regime in Poland, requiring a multi-functional room that is versatile enough to function as a cinema room for film screenings, a videoconferencing room for meetings, and an audio transmission space for interviews.
Integrator, Polixel, selected Extron’s audio-video products, designing a system that is powerful and user-friendly. The control system was configured to be easy to use, ensuring that individuals without technical expertise could operate it.
Extron’s global configurator professional software, enabling the integrator to configure the system to the client’s needs. A Extron GUI designer software was used to create an interface on an Extron TLP Pro 525T touchpanel allowing end users to manage the many devices in the room.
