A strategic agreement provides Oasys’ AV division with new technologies and the backing
of Gearhouse expertise. Furthermore Gearhouse clients can access Oasys infrastructure for exhibitions and
events.

Oasys provides shell scheme, stand design, furniture hire, light fittings, air conditioning units,
electrical infrastructure and marquees whereas Gearhouse rents technical equipment and services pertaining to lighting,
sound and staging.

Bhans Sheomangal, an AV specialist at Gearhouse, has been allocated
to Oasys to provide technical support and advice, manage the quoting process and present
solutions for the more technically complex scenarios now available to its clients. The same
operational approach will be rolled out nationally.

Gearhouse clients countrywide can access the
Oasys services as well as the Gearhouse disciplines through a single contact and will receive beneficial pricing.
