Genelec launches MyGenelec portal to add to customer experience
Genelec launches the MyGenelec customer portal, a free online resource with a single unified access point for all Genelec products.

The aim of the portal is to bring all products, services and software downloads into a single
community and knowledge base for Genelec users. The  MyGenelec portal provides customers with a registration point for all Genelec
services  including both hardware and software, and allows access to personal product information, the ability to organise products
into locations and rooms, subscription details, expert support, downloads and manuals.

Creating a MyGenelec account allows customers to
gain access to a range of community features including targeted services, GRADE room reports, offers and updates, segmented
newsletters, event details and discussion groups.  

Siamäk Naghian, managing director of Gnelec, said: "While the first phase of
