Ateïs Europe has announced that Edwin Haak has been appointed as its new managing director.
Haak brings 17-years of experience in the telecom and datacom sectors to Ateïs. His knowledge of the
IT market will be invaluable in combining IP interactivity and control with established integrated audio networking technologies, which
are key to Ateïs on-going product development.
Haak wants to get the ATEÏS message out to the marketplace
not just through its network of distribution and technology partners but also by using regular product training sessions
combined with dedicated technical systems support.
“I’m really thrilled to be working with such a forward thinking team at
ATEÏS, which has products that are setting a precedent in the PA/VA field," Haak comments. "Our priority is
to set ourselves apart through channel support and education, optimising both areas as our resellers take stock of
our flagship IDA8, which begins shipping in the last quarter of 2010. I aim to focus my experience
on building a strong channel network in Europe, whilst expanding our market share with product solutions that meet contemporary PA/VA demands.”
