High End Systems has launched its new website, support.etcconnect.com/hes, featuring over 2,000 support articles for High End Systems and ETC.
The new KMS offers a self service
search function which allows tech services to access
and edit information while on the phone with
callers, allowing for search results to be filtered
by topic.
Users can rate and leave feedback on
posted articles, allowing tech services to make improvements
or changes to articles based on user feedback.
All content is also exportable in pdf format,
allowing users to save articles offline and access pdfs.
