InfoComm names David Labuskes as CEO
InfoComm International has revealed that Randal A. Lemke will be succeed by David Labuskes when he steps down as executive director and CEO at the end of the year.

With Lemke’s retirement drawing near, the trade association has revealed that Labuskes, formerly
VP of RTKL, will begin preliminary work at InfoComm on November 26 before formally
assuming the role of CEO on January 1, 2013.

Labuskes was most recently vice
president of RTKL, now a division of architectural and engineering firm, ARCADIS for 13
years. He is the founder of the company’s Technology Design Practice, overseeing the
delivery of AV, voice, data, wireless, environmental media, electronic security and acoustics services.

Greg
Jeffreys, president of InfoComm International, welcomed the appointment, describing Lubuskes as "a leading expert
on the intersection of technology and the built environment".

Labuskes has previously provided guidance
and industry training as a volunteer with InfoComm, BICSI, the National Systems Contractor Association and TIA.
