City College Norwich, UK is holding a three-day programme that will offer attendees the opportunity to complete the InfoComm AV Foundation programme.
The three day programme, which leads to the ANSI/ISO certification, will be on held on
October 6 to 8, 2009 and will take place at the National Skills Academy, Norwich.
Confirmed students
will be required to complete the online 'Essentials of the Audio Visual Industry' course, this takes
about 35 hours on line. The College will supply a copy for each student.
On day
one and two of the programme students will review 'Essentials' and some of the 'Certification' test. Day
three will review the ANSI/ISO approved 'Certification' test.
The 'Certification' test is conducted by Prometric and
may be booked when students feel that they are ready.
An InfoComm trainer from America will
hold the course which is supported by InfoComm UK.
The cost for the three-day programme, which has
20 student places, and preparation for the test is £550 per student.
