Testing house Intertek and AMS Acoustics will host a joint seminar at ISE entitled “De-mystifying EN54-24 and the CPDâ€. It will be held at 10:00 on February 1.
Daniel Griffin of Intertek, and Helen Goddard of AMS Acoustics
will be co-presenting a seminar designed to help installers, project managers and
system designers gain a greater understanding of the implications of EN54-24
and the wider construction products directive (CPD).
It will review the
requirements of the Construction Products Directive, which now covers loudspeakers for VACIE,
and explain the standard.
Following that the pair will look at
pitfalls for particular products and how to overcome them.
