Kinly has appointed Duncan MacPherson as its global service director, taking on the role after a 15 year career with the systems integrator.
MacPherson first joined Kinly as support manager in 2009, earning a series of promotions up to the role of global service director.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, MacPherson will now be responsible for overall service delivery management of Kinly’s offerings
to ensure consistency in global delivery.
This new role will see MacPherson drive innovation in operations and service offerings through the development of
service roadmaps, in collaboration with IT and product marketing teams, producing technical content and operational documentation for marketing teams, and partner with
sales and marketing to develop unique selling propositions, go-to-market strategies, and demand generation campaigns.
