Kinly has appointed Rhea Horlock as the company’s global corporate social responsibility lead.
Horlock brings 10 years of CSR and environmental expertise to the role, which
she will use to spearhead the development and implementation of strategies and policies
aligning with Kinly’s ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities.
During her career, Horlock has
worked on the sustainability teams at some of the UK’s leading organisations, including
O2, and Royal Mail, with more than three years in senior leadership
roles at NHS Property Services.
Within her new role, Horlock will be responsible
for developing and executing a CSR strategy that intertwines sustainability, ethical practices, and
community engagement, to evaluate project proposals, identify potential partnerships, and oversee the execution
of CSR endeavours, ensuring a tangible positive impact on local communities and the environment.
